This QCF approved course is delivered in a classroom as well as in the work place. In this programme you will take three mandatory units and supplement with optional units. Although similar to the level 7 BTEC, evidence for this diploma will be acquired in the work place. Students will develop the underpinning knowledge in each of the units and then demonstrate their understanding by demonstrating this in the work place. Students will develop skills in policy and procedure development, innovation in their area of responsibility, health and safety, as well as improving organisational performance.
