BEC Higher is the third of three exams designed to test English language ability used in the context of business. In this course students will develop skills in order to function at an advanced level of business English. The student will learn advanced business correspondences, and dealing with English speaking clients. They will also study towards a set of English exams. The exams cover the same range of language skills as Cambridge ESOL's General English exams, but with the emphasis on activities that are common in business. The BEC is delivered in a classroom and via computer, so students can progress in the classroom, via independent study or a combination of both. Students train for four different exams, business writing, reading, listening and speaking.
