This QCF approved course is delivered in a classroom as well as in the work place. In this more advanced customer service diploma, the student will take on more responsibilities and understand the administrative and supervisory side of customer service. In this programme they will develop leadership and management skills specific to the customer service industry. This programme is highly recommended by the industry for those taking on further responsibilities in the customer service. Students will study delegation, time management, roles and responsibilities, rules and regulations, and best practices for the delivery of effective customer service. There are two mandatory units supplemented by various optional units dealing with image and impression, delivery of service, handling problems, and development and improvement.
