This QCF approved course is delivered in a classroom as well as in the work place. In this programme, you will learn the essentials in how to become the best customer service provider you can be. Along with the two mandatory units, communicate using customer service language and following the rules to deliver customer service, you will study optional units specifically suited to your unique learning needs. You will study how to deliver good customer service and how to handle customer problems. You will develop and improve your image, impression and skills while you work in the industry.
