This QCF approved course is delivered in a classroom. In this programme students will learn two mandatory units for customer service; Dealing with customers and their expectations, and Providing safe and effective customer service. Students will. In this ten credit course, students will deal with the essentials to getting started in the industry; from the needs, wants and expectations of customers, as well as the skills needed to be successful in customer service from the start.
