To apply for a programme you are requested to fill out our assessment form and supply us with all the required documents. The assessment form and supporting documents will help us assess your application and whether you meet the minimum requirments for the programme.

-You can download  the form and fax it to us with all the required documents (Please carefully number them and add a fax cover sheet)

or

-You can scan the filled out form and supporting documents and e mail them to us.
 

Once we have assesst your application we will send you a registration form to be completed and returned to us.
