With the current ageing population of Great Britain, care is becoming one of the fastest-growing industries. Whether you are deliberating a change of career or unsure about what to do next, a course in Health & Social Care could be a great option. Perhaps you’ve been raising your children or caring for an elderly relative already – if so, you will already have a good background in this area and may wish to go for a formal qualification or even start a new career!
Our wide range of courses in Health & Social Care can help you achieve not only employment but progression to management positions too perhaps even the chance to start your own nursing or residential home!
- You can undertake a range of QCF (NVQ) courses in health & social care from levels 2 to 5 which are vocational courses that can give you the knowledge and skills you need to begin your career in this industry and ensure you’re on the right path to progression (NVQ certificates are now the minimum legal requirement for staff working in the health and social care industry).
- For those wanting to develop themselves academically, our BTEC HND/C courses in health & social care at level 4 and 5 can give you the knowledge to either progress to University or move into a management position.

Leadership & Management courses
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum

I joined career Studies College in 2010 to study for an NVQ level 3 course in health and Social care. The assessors and teachers at Career studies have given me the opportunity to join an unstinting and dynamic team whose philosophy lies on developing a sense of knowledge and professionalism in all they do. I have now been given another opportunity to complete my PTTLS award and well and truly on the way to developing the career I crave and ultimately my dreams.
